About Deborah
Deborah is the Director & Founder of Empowered Collective. With a focus on career advancement and return-to-work programs, Deborah's team have delivered many successful community programs across NSW and the ACT since 2020, helping more than 600 people.
Deborah is an experienced mentor and coach. She works one-on-one with people to identify their strengths and vulnerabilities, map their career goals, access personal development and training courses, and to apply for jobs.
She had a long career in private and public sectors, including 16 years in the Australian Public Service, before pursuing her love of community services.
Deborah is a member of her local Business Chamber, as well as Women in Business and community stakeholder networking groups.
